How do aspects like Mars' 4th and 8th influence the dynamics of a relationship when 7th lord Jupiter is in the 8th house?

The 7th lord Jupiter is in the 8th house and has the 4th or 8th aspect of Mars on it; which means the ascendant of the native will be Gemini (Mithun) or Virgo (Kanya) of the planet Mercury. According to Parashari rules, for Gemini and Virgo ascendants, Mars becomes an inauspicious planet (akarak) by becoming the lord of the 6th and 11th houses and for Virgo also the 3rd and 8th.
For a Gemini ascendant, Mars being placed in his enemy's sign in the ascendant looks at the 7th lord Jupiter in the 8th house with his aspect, and if Venus in the 5th house is in his own sign, he will cast an aspect on the 7th lord Jupiter in the 8th house with his 4th aspect. Because of this, such an inauspicious Mars impacts marital life — and also for a Gemini ascendant, when the 7th lord Jupiter is in the 8th house, it will be in Capricorn (Makar) sign; Capricorn is the debilitated sign of Jupiter, the 8th house is a harmful (arishta) house. Predictions such as a miserable condition of marital life, mental strain, marital disparity, or divorce are observed.
For a Virgo ascendant, when Mars is placed in the ascendant, it will aspect the 8th house with its 8th aspect; whereas when it is in the 5th house in Capricorn sign, it will aspect the 8th house with its 4th aspect. That means Mars in the Capricorn sign in the 5th house will aspect the 7th lord Jupiter situated in its own Aries (Mesh) sign in the 8th house with its 4th aspect. Even though the 7th lord Jupiter here is in the 8th house, because the 8th lord Mars has an exalted aspect on that Jupiter, although there is a lack of marital happiness, there may be a very low probability of separation or divorce. A Gemini ascendant may face highly distressful deficiencies in marital happiness, whereas a Virgo ascendant may face them to a lesser extent.
