Why does a four-minute error in birth time completely change a Vedic reading?

The duration of the rising ascendant (Udit Lagna) for each zodiac sign is approximately two hours, which means a total of twelve rising ascendants are included in the entire 24 hours. To complete the entire 360 degrees, meaning twelve zodiac signs, meaning 360 degrees — it takes a duration of approximately twenty-four hours. Twenty-four hours make 1440 minutes, which means every four minutes, the rising ascendant moves forward by 1°. In astrology, there are sixteen divisional charts (Shodashvarga Kundalis) as follows. Every four minutes, the rising ascendant moves forward by 1°, because of which, in the Shodashvarga chart, the ascendant of the main birth chart changes, and the predictions completely change; therefore, due to this four-minute duration or due to errors, changes occur in astrological predictions.
